This program is for the player looking to hit the ball harder, further, and more consistently. Perfect for a preseason ramp up to gain an edge on the competition, or, a postseason push to kick start your off-season.
Using a one-handed and two-handed short bat are valuable training tools for hitters in baseball or softball. It helps to develop hand-eye coordination, bat control, and overall swing mechanics.
This Hitting Development Plan is the second rendition of a three-part, free program series. Start with our first to continue developing your offensive skill set over course of the next few months.

Note: We recommend players swing two different lengths. The pairings are as follows:
- If you are a youth player, (10-12 years old) - 22" RSD and 26" ML19
- If you are a high school player, (13-18 years old) - 24" RSD and 26" ML19 or 28" ML19 for stronger athletes
- For college and above, (18+) - 26" RSD and 28" ML19 for stronger athletes
